Overall, I did enjoy this book and will be purchasing the next book, The Second Wave. If you're looking for a good story about superheroes and super villains, I recommend Meta. This large hardback book features origin stories for classic heroes such as Iron Man, Thor, Spider-Man and X-Men but also delves into lesser known individuals such as Ant Man, She Hulk, etc.
